The legend below (including the horizontal line) is entered in the album template in Backlight. When creating the album in Lightroom, choose to position page copy above existing page copy.

Template copy

Standard text that may be included in all albums. This template uses one tray on the right. Resize the browser or view on mobile device to see the mobile view. The sidebar will disappear, to be accessed by the "hamburger" icon at the top right of the page. The Client Response legend will be below the navigation in the sidebar.
